DFS NBA Fanduel Lineup for 4/21/16

What’s up guys! Hope everyone is enjoying the NBA playoffs so far, even though it has been nearly unwatchable thus far. The NBA are thanking the DFS community for helping out the viewership because I know I wouldn’t be staying up late to watch some of these games.

I’m short on time tonight just got done recording the Press Coverage Podcast w/ Courtney Harden of The Real Deal Radio show on BlogTalkRadio. Be sure to check it out. Let’s get to the games.

PG Russell Westbrook @ DAL $10,500

After losing the last game in large part to Westbrook and Kevin Durant missing a ton of shots, expect them both to come out extremely aggressive. I really wanted to stack them tonight, and I still might in another lineup, but I wanted to go a different route in my cash lineup.

PG Raymond Felton vs OKC $5,300

His huge performance in Game 2 was a big reason the Mavs aren’t down 0-2 in the series. I don’t expect 36 Fanduel points again, but he should still get enough to hit value. The possible return of J.J. Barea could limit his upside, though.

SG James Harden vs GS $10,200

One of my DFS friends asked me why I didn’t use Harden in either of the first two games, and I told him I’m waiting until he gets a home game. I was really hoping his struggles in the beginning of Game 2 carried on for the whole game because I wanted him to fall under 10k. $10,200 is still a great price. Expect Harden to put on a show tonight.

SG Wesley Matthews vs OKC $4,700

Yes, I know. He hasn’t been good thus far in the series, but he is a shooter and shooters like the home court. It’s hard to ignore a guy at $4,700 getting 30-plus minutes. Look for him to shoot early and often.

SF Paul George vs TOR $8,800

Geroge has been great so far in this series and the Raptors don’t seem to have an answer for him. DeMarre Carroll was supposed to be that guy to contend with the George and LeBron James‘ of the east, but he just hasn’t gotten back to form.

SF Andre Iguodala @ HOU $3,900

Iggy had a great Game 2 showing, one in which he actually played some point guard with Stephen Curry out. I expect Curry to be back for this one but I still like Iggy at his price. He will still get close to 30 minutes and if Harden starts doing what I think he will, Iggy may be the one charged with slowing him down, meaning more court time to put up fanduel points.

PF Serge Ibaka @ HOU $5,900

Ibaka is not as flashy as his All-Star teammates, but he has been solid over the first two games posting nearly a double-double in both. Dallas is still bad at defending the power forward position, so I’m going to continue to ride the Ibaka train.

PF Patrick Patterson @ IND $3,900

Patterson is getting the most playing time of any of the Raptors power forwards, and he is the only one with some sort of offensive game. He has been pretty decent over the first two games and I’m looking for that trend to continue.

C Jonas Valanciunas @ IND $6,500

I nearly played him in Game 1. Then, after his big game, I came very close to playing him in Game 2. I’m not going to make the mistake of passing on him a third time. He has dominated the Pacers frontcourt, grabbing 34 rebounds over the two games. The Pacers will be unable to keep him off the boards again tonight.
