Free NBA DFS Draftkings Free Lineup and Advice: 11/24/15
I’m still heated after I rostered Bledsoe on FanDuel last night, and while Kemba and Rondo are having career nights, Bledsoe gets 0 points for $8,400…another day, another dollar, I guess. Here were some of our highlight picks from last night:
J.R. Smith 35.5 DK Points
Covington 33 DK Points
Rubio 32 DK Points
Waiters 34.25 DK Points
Porzingas 47.5 DK Points
Monroe 42.75 DK Points
One note from last night, Monroe could have had a career night, but Detroit could not keep up with Milwaukee. I thought Detroit could make a run at the playoffs this year, but they have a long way to go still. Vegas had Detroit winning last night’s game by 2! They just lost by 21 to last year’s 6th seed, it wasn’t even close…Anyway, let’s talk about tonight’s six game slate:
Point Guards
John Wall $8,400 @IND
I’m offended that Wall’s price is only $8,400 on DK tomorrow, but I’m not gonna question it, just going to chalk this one up as a win and move on. Wall’s price is always up around $9,400, but now he is $8,400 playing a Pacer’s team that may not have a fully healthy George Hill. These two teams should play close, so that means more minutes for guys like Beal, PG13, Ellis, Otto Porter, and especially John Wall. I know Wall struggled and got shown up by Ramon Sessions last game…but John Wall is a professional. He will bounce back tonight against the Pacer’s in front of his home crowd. He is one of the three fastest players with the ball in the NBA, he is gonna wear down Ellis and George Hill tonight. It’s gonna be a track meet and I am betting on Wall.
“The Sleeper Pick”- D’Angelo Russell(not for the faint of heart)
Shooting Guards
Lou Williams- $4,000 @GS

Okay, normally I usually have reasoning, rationale, and statistics to back up my picks, but this is purely a gut play. I think once garbage time hits Golden State tonight, it is gonna be “The Lou Williams show” at Oracle Arena. When Kobe is resting on the bench, Lou is gonna shoot a ton of 3s and try and be the hero in Golden State. Lou is usually pretty consistent at 20 DK points/game, but every month or so he randomly puts up 40 points. Somehow, Lou is averaging almost 13 PPG this year, even though the Lakers already have Russell, Clarkson, Kobe, and Swaggy P.Lou is gonna have an awesome night at a price of only $4,000. but If I’m wrong and he has an average Lou Williams night, that means about 22 points at $4,000, not bad at all. The Warriors play super fast paced, so that means a lot more possesions for the
Will Barton- $5,800 vs. LAC
The Nuggets have a huge hole at the shooting guard spot…HUGE. They have Garry Harris, who has been a bust up to this point and they have Randy Foye, who is 32 and several years past his prime. Barton is only 24 and he is putting up 14.4 PPG in just 26 minutes this year. He has been an awesome 6th man for the Nuggets and maybe that is his role in the league, a 6th man who is energetic off the bench. Barton is gonna get a ton of minutes tonight when Hickson/Harris get into foul trouble. Barton’s last 5 games in terms of DK points(48.5, 35.75, 25.5, 26.5, 33.0) He is a stat sheet stuffer and plays hard every time off the bench.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Lou Williams
Small Forwards
Al-Farouq Aminu $6,400 vs. CHI
Wow, Aminu’s price sky-rocketed! I remember when we were buying Aminu stock at $4,500 a share. Those were good times, but the small forward situation tomorrow is so grim that Aminu was the only SF I liked. George at $9,900 doesn’t even entice me, he has to score 51 DK points to hit his value tonight. It is bad times in the land of small forwards, Aminu will probably get a double- double against McDermott and Snell. I will be happy with 31 points from Aminu and move on.
“The sleeper pick”- Chandler Parsons
Power Forwards
Darrell Arthur- $3,500 @LAC
Arthur is the perfect punt tomorrow at $3,500. With all the cap space you save, there is so much more room for activities- Will Ferrell(Step Brothers). Faried is doubtful for Tuesday’s game in L.A. Arthur will get the start again. Last game he got the starting nod he put up 33 DK points, while Faried was only averaging 28.4…. Now that was most likely a fluke(he did shoot 9/12 from the field) but Arthur should be good for at least 26 on DK tomorrow at $3,500.
Millsap has been on fire his last two games. Millsap put up 58 and 47.3 DK points in his last two outings, the 58 he dropped was on Cousins too. He has been consistently awesome for the Hawks this year and is a big reason they are 9-6. Boston’s bigs cannot stop anyone in the paint with the rotation of David Lee, Zeller, Sullinger, and Olynyk, okay this is making me sad. Millsap and Horford should have field days much like Lopez and Thad Young had the past few games against the Boston . Millsap has been too consistent this year to not play him for easy points. It should be noted, Millsap is averaging almost 3 steals a game this year, he just stuffs the stat sheet down there in Atlanta.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Dwight Powell…Again
Centers
Mason Plumlee- $5,700 vs. CHI
Remember when Lopez was out last winter and Plumlee stepped in and had about eight straight games of 40+ DK points every night. We may be seeing a glimpse of those same numbers here in Portland this year. Plumlee’s last three games he’s put up 42.25, 37, and 31.5 DK points. His last four games, Plumlee has played 30+ minutes in all of them. Plumlee’s minutes are starting to rise, but so is his price, so get him while he is cheap at $5,800. The Bulls give up the most fantasy points to opposing centers in the entire NBA, they just cannot stop big men from dominating in the post.
Al Horford-$6,900 vs. BOS
Last time out against Boston, Al Horford flirted with a triple-double, posting 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists in only 32 minutes. Like Millsap, Horford will take advantage of the weak front court of the Celtics. Horford is a perennial all star, but is priced at only $6,900 on DK. He is averaging more FPPG points(35.3/game) than Teague, DeAndre, and both Gasol brothers, and did I mention he is cheaper than all of them. Horford should be a lock for 40 DK points tonight at $6,900 is a steal.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Andrew Bogut
