MLB Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/26

Well, I had another off day yesterday with the Wainwright injury and bad days from sluggers Freddie Freeman and Corey Dickerson. Let’s try to get back on track for Sunday!

Pitchers

Lance Lynn, STL – $8,400

Lynn is matching up against the lousy Brewers who lost again on Saturday, and he seems like a really safe bet to play. The Cardinals righty has already posted better than one strikeout an inning, and the Milwaukee lineup certainly has the potential to swing and miss a lot. Mike Fiers has been shaky in 2015, so the Cardinals offense could have another good day on Sunday meaning Lynn gets that coveted 4 point win.

Nick Martinez, TEX – $6,600

Related Articles

Martinez has had a stellar three starts to begin the 2015 season, and I think he can continue his surprising start to the season on Sunday against the Angels. The Angels as a team are hitting an unimpressive .216, and Houston is playing surprisingly good baseball right now. Tomorrow’s slate doesn’t really have an ace for you to feature on your team, so a good idea might be to stack up on elite bats and find good value at pitcher.

Hitters

Salvador Perez, C, KC – $2,900

Perez has gotten off to a good start this season, and I think he’s pretty cheap in a matchup against John Danks on Sunday afternoon. The big Royals backstop has traditionally hit lefties a lot better, and the White Sox southpaw certainly isn’t a world killer. Catcher is another good location to find some good value tonight, and I think Salvador Perez is going to have a great night.

David Ortiz, 1B, BOS – $3,400

Bud Norris has been laughably bad for the Orioles so far, giving up 20 earned runs in only ten innings so far. There are going to be a lot of runs scored in this game with less-than-elite pitching on display, and you’re going to want a piece of the action with at least a few Boston or Baltimore players. Big Papi’s production seems to be timeless, and Norris could groove a couple of fastballs that could be deposited outside of the stadium by Ortiz. The price is right, so get him in your lineups.
