NFL FanDuel / DraftKings Cash Picks Week 4

It’s important to talk about your winners and your losers. And boy, was I wrong last week on the Vikings, but let’s be honest, no one saw that coming. But as Bill Belichick once famously said, “We’re on to Cincinnati.” That should tip you off to my stack play this week. So enough small talk, let’s dive in.

The DailyFantasyNerd FanDuel/DraftKings Cash Picks Week 4.

Quarterbacks

Andy Dalton (CIN) @ ATL $7,400 FD/$5,400 DK

As I indicated above, this is my big stack play this week. Dalton is averaging 20+ points per week and Atlanta’s defense is 25th against the pass.

Matt Stafford (DET) @ DAL $7,300 FD/$5,700 DK

Dallas only ranks in the middle of the pack (16th) against quarterbacks this season. I like Stafford as a guy who may not be played as much with a pedestrian start to the season averaging around 19 points per week. With that said, Stafford is averaging 23 points per week since that abysmal opening game, and he’s in a dome against a middle of the road defense. I like his chances Sunday.

Running Backs

Giovani Bernard (CIN) @ ATL $ 6,400 FD/$6,300 DK

Coming off a 17 point game in his first start Bernard is set for a repeat performance Sunday. Even worse than their pass defense is Atlanta’s 27th ranked defense against the run and Bernard is at a good price for the expected production.

James White (NE) VS MIA $6,100 FD/$5,400 DK

The Patriots are low on weapons and now banged up specifically at the running back position. Brady came out in his post-game press conference and passive-aggressively took a shot at the coaching staff for not having him on the field more last week. I expect a big workload and point production this week.

Saquon Barkley (NYG) VS NO $8,000 FD/$8,100 DK

Okay, this is far from news breaking here. I mean, Barkley is averaging 23 points per game in his rookie campaign. While the Saints are good against the run, I expect Barkley to change that, and then to take advantage against the Saints terrible (30th ranked) pass defense.

Wide Receivers

AJ Green (CIN) @ ATL $8,500 FD/$7,500 DK

AJ Green factors into one of my Cincinnati stacks this week but not the one with Bernard. Green has been banged up a bit but is averaging 14 points per game and playing a bad Atlanta pass defense.

Tyler Boyd (CIN) @ ATL $5,800 FD/$4,600 DK

Tyler Boyd is in both my Bengals stacks this week. Stack one: Dalton – Bernard – Boyd. Stack two: Dalton – Green – Boyd. Boyd is having that third-year breakout and is an ideal matchup.

Geronimo Allison (GB) VS BUF $5,900 FD/$4,700 DK

Allison is averaging 13 points per game and playing a defense that is ranked 17th against the pass. Randall Cobb missed practice again on Saturday which suggests he will be out on Sunday. This means more targets to go around and Allison to slot in as the WR2 in Green Bay.

Tight Ends

Eric Ebron (IND) VS HOU $5,500 FD/$3,600 DK

Doyle is out this week so Ebron will be getting the big workload on Sunday. Houston’s defense is ranked 12th against the pass, but I think they can be exploited in a divisional game on the road. He’s averaging 9 points per week, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see that number leap up this week.

O.J. Howard (TB) @ CHI $5,600 FD/$3,500 DK

Howard has quietly been putting up double-digit points each week in one of the best offenses in football. Not an ideal matchup, but hard to bet against this offense or Howard at this point. Low money and may be one of the few with him on your team on Sunday. I’d roll the dice.

Defense

Green Bay Packers VS BUF $4,300 FD/$3,500 DK

This theory did not work last week. However, Buffalo isn’t going to do that back to back weeks, especially on the Road. Play Green Bay.
