Ben Roethlisberger- 23

Firstly, one of the youngest players within the NFL is Ben Roethlisberger, whose unique name has been highlighted in many food chain menus. At just 23 years old, Roethlisberger helped the Pittsburgh Steelers secure the Lombardi trophy at the Super Bowl XL. He was widely known for his immense form, gaining him the nickname “Big Ben”. Roethlisberger went on to prove that his first win wasn’t just due to luck in his Super Bowl XLIII win three years later. The player is still active now, and at 39 has a pretty impressive resume. He has even gained celebrity status thanks to his cameo in the Hollywood acclaimed movie The Dark Knight Rises. This is someone to look out for in the next Super Bowl.

Patrick Mahomes- 24

Another impressive member of the youngest NFL Super Bowl winners is Patrick Mahomes, who saw the Kansas City Chiefs win against the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl LIV. Setting the record at 24 years old alone is impressive, but Mahomes went on to be nominated the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 2018. Not to mention the fact that he gained three Pro Bowl selections, and was named Sports Illustration’s Sportsperson of the year. This is all the more impressive considering Mahomes’ relatively short career so far. The young player is just starting and has a lot of role models to live up to that are seen below.

Tom Brady- 24

A standout player is Tom Brady, who started as he meant to go on at 24. Dominating the Super Bowl XXXVI following his first draft in 2000 for the New England Patriots, Brady dazzled crowds and managers alike. This caused a great deal of demand for the young player who was just starting to find his feet in the world of professional football. He is widely recognized as one of the greatest NFL players, and at 40 is currently enjoying a coaching career. Football has always had a place in Brady’s heart, and the three-time MVP is an impressive player. Brady is widely regarded as a national treasure, and one to create his records, which is why his achievements seem to be on their level.

Russell Wilson- 25

A valuable player whose height was believed to be a limiting factor is Russell Wilson. The Seattle Seahawks took a risk in their Super Bowl XLVII with the addition of the player who is shorter than average, and it paid off. It is widely believed that Russell Wilson challenged the stereotype that quarterbacks need to be taller to allow for a higher viewing point. This was seen in him dominating the Denver Broncos led by Peyton Manning in his first Super Bowl. Wilson is a well-rounded character who is currently an active member of the Seattle community, so he certainly deserves all of the recognition that he received from his early victories.

Joe Montana- 25

Someone who is believed to have shaped the NFL into what it is today is Joe Montana. Also known as “Joe Cool”, Montana dominated the Super Bowl XVI and went on to win every Super Bowl that he played. While he is known for an impressive record of wins in 1985, 1989, and 1990, the one that is considered the most monumental is his win with the San Francisco 49ers against the Cincinnati Bengals. His skill and talent are what helped Montana become the Brady of his time as one of the most successful players that the NFL has ever seen. Like Wilson, Montana is currently spending his retirement focusing on charity work, one of these is the Make A Wish foundation.
