Atlanta Falcons
For the Falcons, all the camp attention, should shift to the RB position. They have 2 young and hungry RBs getting ready to trade punches.
Devonta Freeman
Freeman will start camp off as the Falcons number 1 option. While he doesn’t have the explosive ability that Tevin Coleman, brings to the table, he still brings lots of intales.
He is superior in the passing game. Last season he converted an insane, 30 of 38 receptions. No matter what happens in this camp battle, Devonta Freeman, is going to continue to produce in PPR leagues.
Tevin Coleman
He brings tremendous athletic ability to the table. He is a raw unproven rookie, with that said, he is going to carve work out for himself this year. While he is just an okay receiver out of the backfield, his big play ability, will keep him in the battle with Freeman for the starting job, all camp long.
This is the type of situation where we probably won’t get the satisfaction of having clarity before the draft. Both of these guys, do the things the other struggles with very well. Therefore, this should end up being a split.
Philadelphia Eagles
For the Eagles, the focus will be on the QB position during training camp. Sam Bradford will be trying to make good on his final chance to start in the NFL. As for Mark Sanchez, he will be looking to maintain a starting job that appeared to be his at the end of last season.
Sam Bradford
As far as upside goes, Bradford, is the guy we want winning this job. His issue has never been talent, its been durability. He has only played in 49 of a possible 62 games. Call me a cynic, but, I don’t trust Bradford to stay healthy for my fantasy team, all season long. With that said, I can understand taking a shot on him as your backup, if he can win the starting job, he provides a high amount of upside. He has also been fully cleared to participate in camp, so that is a big step in the right direction for his chances.
Mark Sanchez
What can we say about this guy. He isn’t a great QB, but, he isn’t terrible either. In my opinion this is still Bradford’s job to lose. Sanchez is the type of QB, that, if you drop the ball, he is going to steal your job.
Let’s not forget, this guy was the QB on a Jets team that made back to back AFC championship appearances.
While the argument could be made that the defense led the Jets and not Sanchez, the beleaguered QB played well during those early playoff runs. If Sanchez was an inept QB they would never have made 2 AFC championship appearances. He played ok last year and will be able to produce in the Chip Kelly system. He will likely need Bradford to stumble on the field or physically to win the job from him.

Tennessee Titans
The Titans position to watch will be the WR, as they try to establish some sort of pecking order. The arrest of Justin Hunter, leaves the door wide open for someone to step through.
Kendall Wright
He has the inside track to becoming the Titans number 1 WR. However, he did express frustration towards the scheme the Titans run. He wants more freedom to move around during plays, but the new scheme the Titans started running last year doesn’t allow that.
I still like Kendall Wright from a talent stand point. Let’s not forget he is just a couple seasons removed from a 94 catch year. With a solid year he may be able to play himself into another destination and out Tennessee, so maybe that inspires him to play at another level.
Dorian Green-Beckham
Looking at just athletic ability, you would think there is no chance they can stop this guy from being in the lead dog for the Titans. He is pretty much a freak of nature, there is nothing he can’t do on a football field.
However, he does a lot off the field aswell, and not in a good way. He needs to grow up before we can trust him as a NFL WR. If the Titans could lock him away in a room somewhere and let him out on game days he could make quite an impact this year. But, his lack of judgement should slow his progression this season.
Harry Douglas
He goes from having one of the better QBs in the league, to catching balls from a rookie. The offense as a whole is much weaker than what he was accustomed to back in Atlanta.
I don’t see him stepping up and being that man here with the Titans. He is a supporting player who works out of the slot. I see no reason for his role to change this season.
