5 MNF Props to Start Your Week Right

EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY – SEPTEMBER 19: Quarterback Mac Jones #10 of the New England Patriots directs the offense on the move against the New York Jets in the first half of the game at MetLife Stadium on September 19, 2021 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. (Photo by Elsa/Getty Images)

Justin Fields O 43.5 rushing yards -112

With Justin Fields seeming lack of confidence he has relied on the run for almost a quarter of his total yards this season. Fields has rushed for over 43 yards in 4 of the Bears’ 6 games this year. He seems to be leaning more toward the run as the season progresses, with over 80 rushing yards in the last game he started.

Justin Fields O7.5 rushing attempts -127

As stated previously, Fields is leaning more and more toward the run as the season progresses. Throughout this year he has had less than 8 rushing attempts once out of his six starts. I do not expect this heavy-rushing quarterback to slow down anytime soon. Another thing that will lend itself to the over on these props hitting is that the Patriots had an incredibly tough time with Lamar Jackson’s style of play. Lamar rushed 11 times for over 100 yards in their match.

Justin Fields O 0.5 interceptions -187 Mac Jones O 0.5 interceptions -109

The Patriots’ defense has the 9th most interceptions in the NFL with 6, the Bears are right behind them with 5. With both of these defenses having ball hawks in their secondary, and both QBs throwing 5 picks so far this season I expect both Fields and Jones to throw at least one ball to the other team. If you were to only bet one I would bet Mac Jones, simply because the odds are more in our favor. You could use the Justin Fields bet to help boost parlay odds if you are looking to make a same game parlay for this game.

Anytime interception Jack Jones +415 Eddie Jackson +415

My last two bets go hand in hand with the O 0.5 interceptions bets we just talked about. Jack Jones is a ball hungry corner who already has 2 picks and 4 deflections this season. This makes him a huge threat to a quarterback like Fields who is still not very sure of himself when throwing the ball. Eddie Jackson is a veteran safety with lots of experience ruining a passers day. He is currently tied for 3rd in the NFL for most interceptions. With 3 picks and 3 pass deflections he is a menace on the defensive side of the ball, and with one misread by Mac Jones Jackson will be able to capitalize on the play. With these high-level pass defenders playing against sub-par quarterbacks +415 odds is a great value.
