Before unveiling Week 4’s quarterback, tight end and team defense fantasy streamers, let’s take an accounting of Week 3’s picks. (Yahoo! PPR scoring).
Quarterback: Ryan Fitzpatrick-28.14 points
Tight End: Eric Ebron-8.3 points
Team Defense: Dallas Cowboys-2 points
Also be aware that bye weeks start in Week 4, with the Carolina Panthers and Washington Redskins idle.
Quarterback: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals at Atlanta Falcons
Dalton went 29-for-46 for 352 yards with two touchdowns against the Carolina Panthers in Week 3, with four interceptions (including a tipped ball and a Hail Mary). He has multiple touchdowns in all three games this season, and he’s a good bet to make it 4-for-4 on Sunday.
The Atlanta Falcons have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks (25.7 per game; ESPN scoring), including six passing touchdowns over the last two games and over 300 yards in each contest. Those struggles have coincided with the loss of starting safeties Keanu Neal (torn ACL-Week 1) and Ricardo Allen (torn Achilles-Week 3), and the Falcons have suffered multiple key injuries on the defensive side of the ball.
Dalton may be without wide receiver A.J. Green (groin) on Sunday, and Green may be limited if he does play. But even in a solid week for quarterback streamers, it’s too favorable a matchup to turn away from.

Tight End: Austin Hooper, Atlanta Falcons vs Cincinnati Bengals
After catching a touchdown in Week 2, Hooper had three catches for 23 yards (including a two-point conversion) in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints. He hasn’t gotten to 25 yards in two of three games this season, but Hooper is in line to succeed in Week 4.
The Cincinnati Bengals have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends thus far (ESPN PPR scoring), including the the second-most targets (32) and receptions (23) to the position. If the Panthers had Greg Olsen available in Week 3, those numbers would surely all be higher/worse.

Hooper may only get a handful of targets on Sunday. But the matchup says he’ll make the most of those opportunities, and if you’re streaming tight ends the Bengals are a defense to target until proven otherwise.

Team Defense: Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys
The Lions’ offense helped by controlling the ball for over 39 minutes in Week 3, but the defense’s effort shouldn’t be overlooked. They held the Patriots to 10 points, with two sacks of Tom Brady and an interception. Detroit has eight sacks over their last two games, after a mostly forgettable showing in Week 1.
If the Patriots look a little depleted on wide receiver talent right now, the Cowboys are in worse shape. Dak Prescott has yet to throw for more than 170 yards in a game this season, amid questions about Scott Linehan’s play-calling, and he has been sacked 11 times so far. Not surprisingly, Dallas has scored 13 or less points twice with a season-high of 20 points.
If only based on the prospect of allowing a low point total, and a few sacks, the Detroit defense is a solid streamer for Week 4.
