Best Bets For Super Wildcard Weekend on Draftkings

This weekend there are six games spanning Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I will go through each of the six games giving you some advice on where to put your money for this weekend.

#5 Cleveland Browns vs. #4 Houston Texans

Four weeks ago this two teams matched up against each in Houston. Amari Cooper set the Browns single-game franchise record for receiving yards with 265 ( on 11 receptions). That is obviously something to put in the back of your mind when looking into this game. However, the Texans defense was minus Will Anderson Jr., Blake Cashman and Jonathan Greenard. Greenard is the least likely to play in this game but is still Questionable. Any combination of those those three playing in this weeks game can change the course. On the other side of the ball for the Texans they will be with Quarterback CJ Stroud, instead of Case Kennum, which should lead to a huge jump in production. Clevelands defense is ranked the best in the league, so will be a daunting task for the rookie signal caller. If the Texans want a chance of wining this game they are going to have to possess the ball and not turn it over. And i believe that is what that are going to do.

Bets : Houston Texans Moneyline (+120) and CJ Stroud Under .5 Interceptions (-120) Same Game Parlayed for +209

#6 Miami Dolphins vs. #3 Kansas City Cheifs

Originally you see this matchup and you think, number one passing offense vs. number four passing defense. Who will be the stronger factor? Turns out that answer is going to be the weather. It very well may be the coldest game in the history of both franchises. The temperature is going to be around five degrees, with a wind chill factor of -10. I think the two things that Kansas City have hugely in their favor here are, playoff experience and the crowd. This isn’t set up to the wild shootout everyone was hoping. Also Kansas City will have to slow the pace down to keep the Miami offense off the field.

Bets: Under 44 (-118)

#7 Pittsburgh Steelers vs. # 2 Buffalo Bills

Buffalo didn’t exactly have the season everyone thought they would, yet here they are at the two seed. Josh Allen turned the ball over like it was going out of style. The Steelers are a gritty team with a good defense. However, they are missing T.J. Watt the leader of their D. The Bills aren’t a slouch on the defensive side of the either. Let’s not over think this game!

Bet: Buffalo Bills -10 (-105)

#7 Green Bay Packers vs. #2 Dallas Cowboys

There are a lot of people who are surprised by the play of Jordan Love, id be remiss end if I said I was not one of them. Now with that being said, the Cowboys defense is a top 5 defense. Love is going to have to keep up with Dak Prescott and CeeDee lamb. Frankly I don’t see that being possible. Lamb over his last six games has had at least six receptions, with 12 or more in three of those six. In those same six games he has put up a minimum of 50 receiving yards, including the massive 227 yard game against the Lions.

Bets: Cowboys -7.5 (105) and CeeDee Lamb (-115) Same Game Parlayed for +254

#6 Los Angeles Rams vs. #3 Detroit Lions

A few seasons back both of these starting quarterbacks, Matthew Stafford and Jared Goff, were traded for each other in a trade involving both of these teams. That very next season Stafford and the Rams took home the Lombardi Trophy. This year the Lions have the seed advantage, but do they hold other advantages? They may have the best overall wide receiver in this matchup with Amon-Ra St. Brown. However, the Rams have the all time rookie receiving yards leader in Puka Nacua, oh and don’t forget about the all reliable cooper Kupp. In the running game Detroit has Montgomery and the rookie sensation Gibbs. The Rams however, do have the high power Kyren Williams who seemingly came out of no where. Both defenses have their star, Detroit with Hutchinson. As well as Aaron Donald for the Rams. This game should be a dogfight. I’m going with playoff experience in this one.

Bet:Los Angeles Rams Moneyline (+140)

#5 Philadelphia Eagles vs. #4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

To end the week on Monday Night we have the Sputtering Eagles going into Tampa to take on the NFC south Champions. The best news from Sunday for the Eagles is that the X-ray on Jalen Hurts’ finger came back clean. The eagles have a high power offense combined with a below average defense. Tampas offense is below average, and their best part of their defense is against the run game which is a strong suit of the Eagles. It’s going to come down to if the Bucs can keep up with the Eagles. Yes, I know Philadelphia has been awful down the home stretch yet here they are. So, as for Tampa being able to keep up with them in this game, the answer is simple, No they cannot.

Bet: Philadelphia Eagles -3 (-105)
