What’s up GF2 Fans! I’m back this week with some MLB DraftKings advice for you guys! Tuesday’s slate will consist of a beautiful 11-games to choose from. This seems to be a very balanced slate for us to attack! Let’s get started!
Pitchers
Jacob deGrom (NYM), $11,100 @STL
deGrom is the top salaried pitcher for Tuesday night and is easily my favorite overall! Coming off an extra day of rest, deGrom will face a Cardinals squad that he’s had success against in the past. Against these current St. Louis batters, he’s allowed just a .210 batting average with a 16:1 K/BB ratio. So far in 2021, deGrom has averaged a spectacular 38.8 DK points per game and should have success on Tuesday evening!
Zack Greinke (HOU), $9,200 @NYY
Greinke hasn’t been the most consistent pitcher thus far this season for the Astros. He does draw a decent matchup for this slate against a Yankees squad he’s had success against in the past. Over his career against these current New York sluggers, Greinke has held them to a .258 batting average and holds a stellar 33:5 K/BB ratio.
Nick Pivetta (BOS), $7,900 vs. DET
Pivetta could be a decent cheap option against a poor Tigers batting over for this slate of games. In his most recent start, Pivetta threw five shutout innings, allowing a hit and three walks with seven strikeouts. For the season, he’s thrown for a 2.81 ERA with a WHIP of 1.25. Luckily Pivetta can limit his damage with the amounts of walks he puts up.
Stacking Options
Braves Lefties vs. Joe Ross
Ross isn’t the most consistent pitcher in the league and he draws a lethal matchup for this slate of games. I could some of these Atlanta batters pop off on Tuesday night! Freddie Freeman is the main hitter that comes to mind with a .500 batting average versus Ross with two homers. Dansby Swanson and Ozzie Albies could both be some decent hitters to choose from for this outing as well.
Twins hitters vs. Kyle Gibson

Gibson has been fairly consistent this season for Texas but doesn’t have the best track record versus a few of these Twins hitters. First, we’ll talk about Josh Donaldson who has owned Gibson in the past, hitting for a .462 batting average and three home runs. Also, I like Jorge Polanco, Andrelton Simmons and Nelson Cruz on Tuesday evening.
