What’s up GF2 Fans! I’m back this week with some MLB DraftKings advice for you guys! Tuesday’s slate will consist of a monstrous 15-games to choose from. This seems to be a very balanced slate for us to attack!
Pitchers
Hyun Jin Ryu (TOR) vs. NYY $9,000
It’s always so easy to choose a half way decent pitcher throwing against this sub-par Yankees lineups. In 2021, New York has been inconsistent hitting the ball, holding a .234 team average. Over his career versus this current Yankees lineup, Ryu holds a solid .218 batting average with a 24:6 K/BB ratio. In his has last start versus New York, Ryu pitched a solid game with a win and seven strikeouts.
Lance McCullers (HOU) vs. TEX $8,700
McCullers will return from the 10-day injured reserve list to start this slate against a lackluster Texas lineup. So far this season, the Rangers have an abysmal team batting average of .230, which should result in good things for our DFS lineups. Over his career versus this current Rangers lineup, McCullers has held them to a .190 batting average with a 31:7 K/BB. He’s easily my favorite mid-range pitching option for this slate!
Andrew Heaney (LAA) @OAK $8,100
The Athletics are another team boasting a lackluster team batting average of just .234 for this season thus far. Over his career versus this current Oakland Lineup, Heaney has held them to a .202 batting average with a 33:7 K/BB. Heaney has also been pretty dang good over his last two starts, scoring 26+ DK points in those games.
Stacking Options
Reds Righties versus Brett Anderson
Anderson is coming off of a string of awful starts for the Brewers, scoring less that 11 DK points over his last seven starts. We should be able to stack these Reds righties with confidence in this one. Both Eugenio Suarez and Nick Castellanos have had nice success versus him. For example, Castellanos holds a career .381 average versus Anderson with three XBH and a homer.
Rockies hitters versus Yu Darvish

I know that Darvish is one of the better pitchers taking the mound on Tuesday evening but you just can’t overlook the Coors Field potential for hitters. A few of these guys have had solid success versus Darvish in the past as well. Both Trevor Story and Charlie Blackmon hold decent career averages versus him.
