The slate for tonight, June 24th, consists of eight games. Despite having sixteen pitchers available, there will only be four who average more than 12.3 FPTS/game on the season. I would encourage DFS players to look for value at the hitting positions when the opportunity arises.

Walker Buehler(Dodgers) $11500 vs Cubs 7-0 record with 2.38 ERA/0.90 WHIP. Coming off his best fantasy game of the year(35.5 FPTS), Buehler will be my top pitching selection of this slate.
Jose Berrios(Twins) $10400 vs Indians averaging 19.0 FPTS/game on the season, Berrios has a 3.56 ERA/1.09 WHIP. He has also recorded 87 strikeouts over 83.1 innings.
Others I Like
Luis Garcia(Astros) $8700 @ Tigers 5-4 record with a 2.82 ERA/1.07 WHIP. Garcia has registered at least 19.1 FPTS in six of his last seven starts. Over 70.1 innings, Garcia has accumulated 80 strikeouts.

Trea Turner(SS-Nationals) $5900 @ Marlins has scored 17 or more FPTS in four out of his last five games and is averaging 9.1 FPTS/game on the season.
Rafael Devers(3B-Red Sox) @ Rays .281 BA/18 HR/60 RBI’s, and is averaging 9.9 FPTS/game on the season.

Stacks
Unlike most days, I am not going to provide a favorite stack or two for this slate. Instead, this is simply a PSA that there are a bounty of exploitable match ups for at least 12 teams. Eight pitchers have ERA’s of 5.19 or more. The most important factor will be choosing many of the value plays that I have listed above.
Although I only listed three outfielders, there are a ton of others whose salaries fall between $3200 and $4k. Others in this price range include:1) Kyle Tucker(Astros-$3900): 2)George Springer(Blue Jays-$3800): 3)Hunter Renfroe(Red Sox-$3500); 4)Tyler O’Neill(Cardinals-$3400); and 5)Bryan Reynolds(Pirates-$3200). As I am not an advocate of higher priced outfielder on this slate, I would save salary cap space by choosing three lesser priced outfield options.
