For tonight, June 3rd, DFS players will have a main slate of eight games to select their lineups from. Although there are four pitchers averaging more than 16.1 FPTS per game, there are also a couple of sneaky plays priced below $7k that I would consider using to allow more salary cap space for hitters.

Yu Darvish(Padres) $10700 vs Mets averaging 23.2 FPTS/game with 5-1 record(2.16 ERA/0.93 WHIP). Darvish has 79 strikeouts over 66.2 innings.
Lance Lynn(White Sox) $9700 vs Tigers 6-1 record with 1.20 ERA/0.91 WHIP. Scored 24.2 FPTS or more in four of his last five starts.
Others I Like
Kris Bubic(Royals) $6900 vs Twins 1-0 record(1.52 ERA/1.11 WHIP) after starting the season out of the pen, Bubic has scored 19.1 FPTS or more in three of the last four starts.
Casey Mize(Tigers) $6700 @ White Sox despite an extremely tough matchup, I am willing to take a chance on Mize at this price tag. Mize has a 3-2 record(3.14 ERA/1.10 WHIP) on the season and has scored 17.9 FPTS or more in four straight games.

Stacks
My two favorite stacks are the Cardinals and Cubs for this slate. The Cardinals are at home vs the Reds(Vladimir Gutierrez), while the Cubs are traveling to face the Giants(Anthony DeSclafani). While DeSclafani’s stats have been good(3.56 ERA/1.15 WHIP), he has only lasted 7.1 innings over his last two starts. His ERA has risen from 2.03 to 3.56 over that span.
Gutierrez made his season debut on May 28th against the Cubs and pitched well, allowing two hits and one run over five innings. Although his stat line was stellar, he only had three strikeouts and accumulated 12.9 FPTS. I could see the Cardinals taking advantage of this propensity for allowing the opponent to get the ball in play. #
