Before unveiling the final set of quarterback, tight end and team defense fantasy streamers for 2019, here’s a look at Week 16’s results (Yahoo! scoring, full-point PPR).
Quarterback: Ryan Fitzpatrick-32.66 points
Tight End: Jacob Hollister-11.4 points

Here are my top quarterback, tight end and team defense streamers for Week 17. See you in 2020.
Quarterback: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns
Dalton took full advantage of a favorable matchup in Week 16, as he went 33-for-56 for 396 yards and four touchdowns without an interception against the Miami Dolphins. The matchup isn’t quite as great in Week 17, but the broader situation bridges some of the difference.
Even after being torched by Lamar Jackson in Week 16, the Cleveland Browns are still barely in the bottom half of the league against quarterbacks. But an opposing quarterback has posted more than 17 fantasy points against them in six of their past nine games (Yahoo! scoring). While Dalton was one of the exceptions in Week 14 (262 scoreless yards), the other two were Mason Rudolph and Devlin Hodges.
The Browns seem to have quit on Freddie Kitchens, who will almost surely have his last game as their head coach on Sunday. In what could be his own last game as the Bengals’ quarterback, Dalton is lined up to succeed.

Tight End: Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals
Higbee posted his fourth straight 100-yard game in Week 16 against the San Francisco 49ers, with nine catches for 104 yards and he also got double-digit targets (11) for the third straight game. He hasn’t scored since the first game of that run in Week 13, but Week 17 brings an opportunity to find pay dirt and put up big numbers.
The Arizona Cardinals have allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends this season. Back in the aforementioned Week 13, Higbee had seven receptions for 107 yards and a touchdown to join that party.

Even considering playoff teams falling by the wayside each week, Higbee is somehow still owned in less than half of ESPN leagues. If you have to set a fantasy football lineup for Week 17, Higbee is a no-brainer streamer at tight end.

Team Defense: Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions
The Packers had a very strong defensive outing in Week 16, holding the Minnesota Vikings to 10 points, seven first downs and 139 total yards. They also sacked Kirk Cousins five times (3.5 by Za’Darius Smith), and intercepted him once. Green Bay has now allowed 15 or less points in four straight games, with seven interceptions over that span and 12 sacks over the last three. It doesn’t get much better in terms of a matchup for this unit in Week 17.
Over their last seven games, coinciding with Matthew Stafford being sidelined, the Detroit Lions have scored 20 or less points six times (17 points or less five times) and that 20 point game (against the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving Day) was helped by a long touchdown on David Blough‘s first career completion. In 13 of 15 games this season, an opposing defense has sacked a Lions’ quarterback multiple times (three or more sacks eight times).
The Packers have clinched the NFC North, but they are still playing for playoff seeding in Week 17. So defensive coordinator Mike Pettine will have his full compliment of players, and they will be bringing it against an undermanned Detroit offense.
