Free NBA DFS FanDuel Advice for 12/19/15

Alright, GF2 fans, it’s time once again for my free NBA DFS FanDuel advice for the Saturday slate of games! On Saturday evening, there’s surprisingly only four games on the schedule, so it’ll be slim pickings for us all. Like always, I’m going to give you all my top play and value pick for each position.

So, get ready and take notes!

NBA DFS FanDuel lineup advice for 12/19/15

Point Guards

Top Play: Chris Paul, vs. Rockets ($8,500)

With such a small slate of games on the schedule, I’m going to be picking on this terrible Rockets defense quite a bit. This year, Houston has given up an average of 40.6 FanDuel points per contest to opposing point guards. In 2015, Paul has averaged a cool 34.57 FanDuel points per game, making him the best choice at his position for this slate.

Value Pick: George Hill, vs. Grizzlies ($5,700)

Hill is the perfect candidate for a value play on Saturday night! He’ll be facing off against a Memphis team, who has allowed an average of 41.5 FanDuel points to opposing point guards, making him an ultra-safe option.

Other Options:

Kemba Walker, vs. Wizards ($8,100)

Patrick Beverley, vs. Clippers ($4,300)

Shooting Guards

Top Pick: Jimmy Butler, vs. Knicks ($8,300)

In what is looking to be a tough slate for the big name shooting guards, Butler is looking to be the best overall option at the position. This season, he has averaged 35.47 FanDuel points per game and will be facing off against a Knicks squad who allows an average of 35.5 FanDuel points per contest to the shooting guard position.

Value Pick: J.J. Redick, vs. Rockets ($4,500)

Redick isn’t going to go out and light the DFS world on fire, but he could benefit your lineups tremendously! He hasn’t been a model of consistency, but he does have the ability to pour in some points on a good night. In 2015, Houston has allowed an average of 37.3 FanDuel points per game to opposing shooting guards.

Other Options:

James Harden, vs. Clippers ($10,700)

Jeremy Lamb, vs. Wizards ($4,500)

Small Forwards

Top Pick: Paul George, vs. Grizzlies ($9,600)

George is easily one of my favorite overall plays for this entire slate! This season, he has averaged an amazing 41.89 FanDuel points per contest, making him matchup proof. He’ll be playing against a Memphis squad, who allows an average of 35.8 FanDuel points per game to opposing small forwards.

Value Pick: C.J. Miles, vs. Grizzlies ($5,400)

If George is a little above your desired price range, then Miles should be in your lineup for this slate! So far this year, he has averaged a solid 22.85 FanDuel points per game. He’ll be facing off against this mediocre Grizzlies defense versus small forwards, so he’s easily a nice, cheap option at the position.

Other Options:

Carmelo Anthony, vs. Bulls ($8,700)

Nicolas Batum, vs. Wizards ($7,000)

Power Forwards

Top Pick: Blake Griffin, vs. Rockets ($9,200)

I love Griffin for this slate of games! He should have no problem reaching his average DFS output of 41.98 FanDuel points per game against this porous Rockets defense. In 2015, Houston has allowed an average of 47.4 FanDuel points per contest to the power forward position, making Griffin a must play for Saturday evening!

Value Pick: Marvin Williams, vs. Wizards ($5,000)

Streaming the Hornets players seems like a good idea for this slate of games since they’re facing off against a bad Wizards defense. This season, Washington has allowed an average of 40.7 FanDuel points per game to opposing power forwards. So far this year, Williams has averaged a consistent 23.28 FanDuel points per game.

Other Options:

Pau Gasol, vs. Knicks ($8,400)

Kristaps Porzingis, vs. Bulls ($6,400)

Centers

Top Pick: Marc Gasol, vs. Pacers ($7,600)

I juggled around a few different players to be my top play at center, but Gasol won me over. This season, he has averaged a cool 32.20 FanDuel points per game and is looking to take down the Pacers defense. In 2015, Indiana has given up an average of 46.6 FanDuel points per contest to opposing centers, making Gasol a safe bet to score you guys some fantasy points on Saturday!

Value Pick: Marcin Gortat, vs. Hornets ($6,600)

Since Al Jefferson has been out with an injury, the Hornets just haven’t been very good versus big men. So far this year, Charlotte has allowed an average of 46.8 FanDuel points per contest to opposing centers, making them one of the worst in the league. This season, Gortat has been a safe play, averaging 27.51 FanDuel points per game, so get him into your DFS lineups!

Other Options:

Dwight Howard, vs. Clippers ($7,500)

DeAndre Jordan, vs. Rockets ($7,400)
