NBA DFS Draftkings and FanDuel Lineup advice 12/4/15

What a Thursday night! We placed 9th out of 4,567 in a $2 GPP on FanDuel! Here are some of our highlight

picks from 12/3:

Isaiah Thomas= 51 DK points

DeMar DeRozan= 47.75 DK points

Gordon Hayward= 39.25 DK points

Cory Joseph= 26.5 DK points

Hope we could help some people with their lineups and we hope you guys took our advice! Let’s take a look at Friday’s six game slate! (All player prices are for Draftkings.com, but selections can be used on FanDuel as well)

Point Guards

John Wall- $8,300 vs. PHO

Phoenix has proven that they cannot defend the point guard spot. Last game they gave up 65.3 DK points to Reggie Jackson. The Suns have had to deal with a few injuries so far this year. Tyson Chandler and Markieff Morris missed last game, so Jon Leuer and Alex Len have had to step up in their absences. John Wall has been on fire his last two games, scoring 65.5 and 63.75 DK points in his last two games. Wall has his best match up all season tonight against the Suns, who give up the most fantasy points to opposing point guards. Vegas predicts this game as the highest scoring, both teams combined for 212.5 points, and only has Washington winning by 3, so the starters should see good minutes.

Jeff Teague- $6,700 vs. LAL

Teague has one of the highest usage rates in the league. Teague is the ball handler in most of the Hawks possessions, so he has a ton of opportunity for fantasy points. We all know the Lakers are bad. They give up a ton of points to most positions, especially the point guard spot. The Lakers give up the 5th most fantasy points to opposing point guards. The only downside to Teague is that the Hawks may blow out the Lakers, so Teague may sit early.

Shooting Guards

Wesley Matthews- $4,600 @ HOU

Bold prediction: Wesley Matthews has his best fantasy night of the year Friday against James Harden and the Rockets. Wes had a great game last time against Portland, he put up 30.75 DK points for only a $4,400 price tag. It is no secret that Harden doesn’t play defense, so Wes should have a huge night. Vegas predicts the HOU-DAL game as a high scoring one(209.5 combined points), so players from both teams will be scoring a ton. I predict Wes has the best value at the shooting guard position tonight at only $4,600.

“The Sleeper Pick”- Arron Afflalo

Small Forwards

LeBron James-$10,000 @NO

LeBron is still relatively cheap on Draftkings. With a price tag of only $10,000, LeBron should be a steal at his price. With not many sleepers to choose from at the small forward spot, I suggest taking 50 fantasy points from LeBron tonight and moving on. It is hard to make a lineup tomorrow without LeBron, just not many good small forwards in today’s slate.

Mirza Teletovic- $3,600 vs. WAS

If you are looking for a cheap small forward tonight, Teletovic might be your only option. Teletovic had an awesome game against Detroit on Wednsday, posting 18 points and 4 rebounds in 39 minutes on the court. Teletovic has stepped up with Tyson Chandler and Markieff Morris out, averaging 15 PPG over his last four games. Teletovic makes his money by shooting three pointers, and he has been on fire from behind the arc as of late, shooting 57% from three point range over his last four games, so if Morris and Chandler are out tonight, look for Teletovic to get a lot of opportunities again.

Power Forwards

Terrence Jones- $4,900 @DAL

With Dwight Howard out, Terrence Jones and Clint Capela should see increased value in a high scoring game against the Mavs. Vegas predicts this game to be the 2nd highest scoring of the night with a combined 209.5 total points. Both teams are going to be scoring a ton. Jones is only $4,900 on Draftkings and can go nuts at any time(He did have 42 DK points against Dallas earlier this year). Jones isn’t the most consistent player in the league, but he has had games where he has a double double at halftime. When he starts, Jones is usually around $6,500 on Draftkings, but he is just $4,900, so look for Jones to max his value tonight.

Jon Leuer- $4,100 @ WAS

Leuer is in the same boat as Teletovic, if Chandler and Markieff sit out again, Leuer makes for an awesome sleeper. When Leuer gets minutes he has shown he can be extremely productive. Earlier this year against the Pelicans, Leuer had 20 points and 12 boards in just 23 minutes on the court! If Morris and Chandler are unable to play, then Alex Len and Jon Leuer should be very productive, especially with Gortat being ruled out for the Wizards.

Centers

Greg Monroe- $6,900 vs. DET (Revenge Game Alert)

Greg Monroe was the biggest name in the free agency pool this summer, yet over his last 10 games Monroe has only averaged 27 minutes a game!!! There are bench players who get more than 27 minutes/game. Draftkings has lowered Monroe’s price down to $6,900, and the DET-MIL game is supposed to play close, so Monroe should see around 35-37 minutes. Last time Monroe played his former team he scored 42.75 DK points in only 31 minutes on the court, he is a steal at only $6,900.
