NBA Fanduel Lineup and Advice 3/1/15

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
NBA Games for Sunday 3/1/15

Man, another tough night for my posted lineup. I ran a few other that I didn’t feel as strongly about, and of course those were the ones that went off. I’m beginning to think the lineups I post here I jinxed by me posting it. Deng and KCP really hurt, but overall most of the team under preformed.

New day, new month. Hopefully that will bring me some better luck. February was tough. A 8 game slate today, and should be some good opportunities for some value with this slate. Let’s jump right in.

Check out to today’s Cost Versus Production Chart:

NBA Fanduel CVP Chart 2/21/15

Today’s Top Ten Plays

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
LaMarcus Aldridge

10) PF LaMarcus Aldridge $9500 I had him in my Top Ten yesterday and he did not disappoint, putting up 58 Fanduel Points. Tonight he gets probably the worst defense in the league. There is blow out potential, so buyer beware.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Terrence Jones

9) PF Terrence Jones $6500 Since returning from injury, he hasn’t scored less than 28, and he just dropped 40 on the Nets. Kevin Love is not known for his defense, Terrence Jones will eat him up.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Tyreke Evans

8) PG Tyreke Evans $8400 I remember when people questioned whether or not Evans could play then point. Three straight double-digit assist games, and four of his last 5 proves that he can. He gets a great matchup with the Nuggets that are 3rd worst over the last 3 weeks versus the point guard position.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
DeAndre Jordan

7) C DeAndre Jordan $9700 What’s not to love? Dude has double-digit rebounds in 8 straight games, and 15 or more in seven straight. Dude is a beast, and I’m sure you’ll hear the “tough matchup” thrown around because the Bulls are perceived good defense. They aren’t what they used to be, and you really think Pau is gonna keep Jordan off the boards? His younger brother couldn’t.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Chris Paul

6) PG Chris Paul $10000 Staying with the Clippers, Chris Paul has been playing extremely well lately, 46, 44, and 53 Fanduel Points over his last 3. There has only been one point guard with better numbers over his last 3 games, I’ll give you a hint, rhymes with Brussell Vestrook. Over the last week the Bulls are giving up nearly 48 Fanduel Points per 48 minutes, which is bottom third.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Serge Ibaka

5) PF Serge Ibaka $6500 No Russell. No Durant. Ibaka is their best offensive weapon right now, and to top it off, he gets the Lakers. Augustine is a competent point guard and will get Ibaka involved.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Jimmy Butler

4) SF Jimmy Butler $9000 If Rose had missed this entire season, Butler would be in the MVP discussion. He plays extremely well on both sides of the ball, and has stepped up in Roses absence.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Steph Curry

3) PG Steph Curry $10000 Well, he could have had a bigger game, if not for the blow out, and there is some blow out potential here too, but to blow someone out, someone has to be putting up points, and Curry will do just that.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
James Harden

2) SG James Harden $10800 What a game this could turn out to be. I envision a back and forth, anything you can do, I can do better type of game from Harden and LeBron. If you find a way to stack them, I would.

NBA Fanduel Lineup 3/1/15
Lebron James

1) SF LeBron James $10900 Remember when LeBron took 2 weeks off, and then he came back well rested and wreaked havoc? Well, it wasn’t 2 weeks this time, just one game, but he’ll be rested and ready to wreak some more havoc.

Dunks of the Night

  • PG DJ Agustine $6700 A little more expensive than my normal Dunks, but he is filling in for Westbrook, and he has the Lakers on the schedule. Should be in for a ton of minutes, and will get plenty of points.
  • PG Jordan Clarkson $5400 The Thunder aren’t very good defending the point guard position, ranking bottom 3 over the last 3 weeks, and that’s with Westbrook in the lineup.
  • SG Rodney Stuckey $5200 Had him here last night, and he didn’t disappoint scoring 33 Fanduel Points. Tonight he gets Philly, so I expect a similar line.
  • SF Dion Waiters $4400 With no Westbrook and no Durant, there is a lot of scoring opportunities to be given out. Waiters should be able to take advantage of that. More of a GPP play though.
  • SF Quincy Pondexter $4100 Moved into the starting lineup, and has been playing well with all the extra minutes. Couple that with a matchup with the Nuggets, 4th worst versus small forwards, and that’s a recipe for a Dunk.
  • PF Mitch McGary $4200 A lot of Thunder players features today. When a guy that has 3 straight triple doubles goes down, and the refining league MVP is down, and they play on the same team, there will be some opportunities available.
  • PF Duante Cunningham $4100 Had him in my lineup the other night, and he put up nice numbers. Tonight he has a better matchup and should put up good numbers again.
  • C Alexis Anjica $4100 Also a lot of Pelicans in today’s post as well, but with no Anthony Davis, no Jru Holiday, and no Ryan Anderson, there is a ton of value here, and they have a great matchup.

There won’t be any Passes of the Night segment today. Going through the players, there wasn’t anyone I hated enough to put on my Pass list. I’m also debating whether or not to post my lineup today. I haven’t had any luck with my posted lineup lately.

I’ll tell you what, the commenting has come to a halt since I upgraded to a new commenting format, so to encourage people to comment, let’s try something. If I can get 10 comments from 10 different people, asking legit DFS questions, I’ll not only post what I think is my strongest lineup, I’ll post them all. Sound fair?
