Tua Tagovailoa 4.5 300+ Passing Yard Games HIGHER

Anyone who follows me knows how high I am on Tua this season. We all know the narrative that he can’t stay on the field and that his concussions threatened to end his career — and that is still a real possibility. So to believe in Tua the way I do, you have to make the leap of faith that Tua can somehow stay on the field.

If he can do that, the 4.5 300+ passing yards games will be an easy task. In 13 games last season (12 if you exclude Week 4 when we got hurt), he had four 300-yard games with three others at 285, 299 and 295. Hitting five with a full season shouldn’t be that hard…if he can stay healthy.

Najee Harris 950.5 Rush Yards HIGHER

These next two might be the two I feel the most confident in. Najee Harris ended last season with 1,034 yards rushing. We have to remember, Harris got hurt in the preseason last year and it was rumored to be a Lisfranc injury — an injury that has ended seasons for players in the past. Harris’s season can be divided right down the middle, pre-bye-week (Week 9) and post-bye-week.

Through the first eight games Harris had 361 rushing yard or 45 yards per game, while over his last nine games he had 673 rushing yards or 75ypg. It was obvious to anyone who watched him that the injury after the bye week had healed and he looked more explosive in the second-half of the season.

He is fully healthy, at least to this point in the off-season, and only needs to average about 56 yards per game to break 950 yards. Head coach Mike Tomlin has always been a coach that likes to have one running back take the majority of the snaps, and that includes last season with Harris having only three games all season in which he did not play at least 60-percent of the snaps.

Rhamondre Stevenson 925.5 Rush Yards HIGHER

This one is even easier than the Najee Harris yardage total. Stevenson had over 1,000 yards last season and he was sharing the backfield with Damian Harris for a few games last season. This season, there is no one behind Stevenson that should threaten his workload. My guess is, Underdog hedged their bets thinking the Patriots might sign a free agent running, and they might, I don’t think it matters. Stevenson a lock for 1,000-plus yards barring injury.

Brandon Aiyuk 4.5 Receiving TDs HIGHER

This is downright disrespectful. Aiyuk has been in the league for three years, you want to guess how many times he has been HIGHER than 4.5 TDs…three times. Even his rookie season when he only appeared in 12 games he had five TDs. He is now, in my opinion, the No. 1 option in the passing game, and “unguardable” is a word that has been used to describe his camp so far.

Terry McLaurin 950.5 Receiving Yards HIGHER

This number is way too low. McLaurin has had three straight 1,000-yard seasons, and with some bad quarterback play mind you, and now has an offensive coordinator that should improve this offense. I get the uncertainty with Sam Howell under center, but do we really think Howell is worse than Carson Wentz, Taylor Heinicke, the late Dwayne Haskins, or Kyle Allen? If he did it with those guys, I see no reason he can’t do it with Howell, who has received some rave reviews from camp thus far.
