Washington Commanders vs. New York Jets
This games main story line is the leagues worst defense in Washington against the leagues worst Offense in New York. The only good group on this field is the Jets defense. All signs here lead to the ultimate punt fest. On top of all that the Over/Under total in this game is somehow all the way up to 37.5. Keep in mind this season we’ve seen multiple game totals be set in the lower 30’s. Having said all that I think the choice here is an obvious one.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Tennessee Titans
We will take the obvious quick look back at each teams result from last week. Tennessee blew their game to the Texans in Overtime, on the other side of the spectrum the Seahawks took down the powerhouse Eagles. The Titans are dead in the water in the playoff picture, once again Seattle adversely is the first team out of the NFC playoff picture knocking on the door fighting for their season. Will Levis is listed as Questionable, so if he does play What version of him are you realistically going to see anyway?
Pick: Seattle -3.5 (-108)
With all that being said the Titans have a player who is an absolute monster and should see a fair share of touches in this game his name is Derrick Henry.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Atlanta Falcons
The Colts defense is allowing 220.1 pass yards per game. However, more importantly for this game they allow 127.4 rushing yards a game. Bijan Robinson was not figured into much of the game plan last week. That should change this week since Arthur Smith is on a scorching hot seat. Smith cannot afford to not give Robinson the ball in this insanely favorable matchup.

Arizona Cardinals vs Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears D has been dominant over the last three games, recording multiple sacks and INTs in all of the three games. Marquise Brown has been ruled out in the matchup, which takes a major target away from the already inconsistent Kyler Murray. Arizona is 31st in the league in both rush yards allowed (139.6) and points against (26.9) Fields has the ability to use his legs here to torch the Cardinals, after he does that early that will open up the flood gates in the passing game.
Pick: Chicago Bears -4 (-115)
