Man was that 3 game slate brutal?  We got ourselves a good 8 game slate. Today we will focus on the best plays for DVP and Values. As I said before value play is what puts you over the top in DFS NBA. You got to pick the right value. Little do people know how much go into a good value plays? Injuries, Vegas/Pace Factor, DVP, Starting minutes, Usage rate, Consistency, History of player.  I take all these into account when naming all my value play.  Gets your pens and paper ready to take notes!

Defense vs. Position – To find the best play vs. the weakest defensive match up.

Value plays of the Day- Find the best value play to maximize the best result of your roster ceiling.

Point Guard Top Value Play –

Jrue Holiday $6000 vs. LAL-

Meeting value last 5 games. Twice meeting 6x time value. Jrue Holiday minute restrictions has been lifted and he making the most of it. The best part is he facing the LAL, as you will see in my DVP.  Lakers are horrible at defending the PG position.

Other Options to consider: Mario Chalmers $5,000 Memphis Grizzlies

PG VALUE

Point Guard Top DVP Play –

Tyreke Evans $7,800 vs. LAL (30th Overall)-

Lakers are horrible at two things.

Defending the PG and Defending the Center position. So keep that in mind. Evans is a different type of breed of PG. He attacks the basket with authority. Tyreke should have no trouble getting by Jordan Clarkson. A very smaller PG compare to Evans.  With the Lakers not being fully healthy at the PG. D’Angelo Russell (ankle) is questionable. Evans is a triple-double walking machine. As both of these team have no defense. I see this being a high scoring affair.  This is my number 1 pace game of the day.

Lou Williams $5,700 vs. N.O. Pelican –

Skip to my Lou is on fire lately. He has been getting a lot of extended run with Kobe being rested. Then also D’Angelo Russell being hurt. As you can see he has met 4x value in every game but 1 in the last 8 games. Including 2 big game. A 46.5 game and 50.9 games. Those are the type of production that will anchor you to the top of G.P.P tournament. This game will be a shootout. As both team ranks in the bottom tier of defense. This is the second best Vegas /Pace Factor game to target. I expect Lou to get plenty of volume in this game.

James Harden $10,000 vs. Memphis Grizzlies (22nd Overall) –

Tony Allen an All-Defense first team defender. You would think they’d be an elite defense at SG. Only thing is Courtney Lee is starting at SG. He has been hurt the last few games. The Grizzlies said he’d be ready for game tonight vs. the rockets. Lee is s a smaller SG for his size. Harden is by far the best offensive SG in the league.  No it’s not Klay Thompson. Arguably the best 2 way SG close too Jimmy Butler. Last time Harden faced the Memphis Grizzlies he tore them apart.  40 points 5 assist 5 rebound and 3 steals.  I don’t see this being any different.

Small Forward Top Value Play-

Khris Middleton $6700 vs. Chicago –

Yes I know, how is he a value if he $6,700 sometime I look price position player that can exceed their value 5x as a value play. Last game the bulls he had a monster game.

He filled up the stat sheet in a bunch. I expect him to return 6 x values again. Shooting forward value is ugly beyond this. I expect an injury to open up value so be sure to be on alert.

Small Forward Top DVP Play-

Paul George $9,000 vs. Phoenix Suns (29th Overall)-

I was going to put LeBron James in here. The thing was I saw him qualify as the slate top SF. As people will say 2 things about George

1. I’ve been burned by him too much time.
2. He carries my team every time I roster him.

The life of playing PG-13.  He can get you a beautiful 50 point game or a 35 point game. He will be matched up with P.J. Tucker . An average defender that really slow. Best part is if T.J. Warren comes in to defend him. George will have his way with them at eased. Vegas have this game at 204 O/U with Indiana winning by 10 points. In pace factor this will be the 2nd best game to too target tomorrow. The best part is Paul George is underpriced for the type of game he could have. At $9,000. I’m watching the PG-13

Power Forward Top Value Play-

Ryan Anderson $5,500 Vs. LAL-

This is all on Anthony Davis status for tonight game. If Davis is out, Anderson is the top value at PF. While we know the Lakers can’t defend the PG. They also struggle defending big that can spread the floor. I expect Anderson to take full advantage of this match up. Vegas/pace factor is in favor of Anderson match up as well. Anderson a streaky shooter at time .If he knocking them down he can be a 6 x value player.

Jon Leuer Phoenix Suns $4,500 – Alex Lens is out.

Power Forward Top DVP Play-

Pau Gasol $8,700 vs. Milwaukee Bucks (28th Overall)-

Can you name the starting power forward for Milwaukee? Nope not Illysova. Jabari Parker. People tend to forget Illysova is on the Pistons now. Pau Gasol is too big, tall, fundametal for Jabari Parker. At time he will find himself matched up with Monroe. Another weak defender. Gasol just recently faced them and got 26 points, 2 three pointers, 11 rebound, 5 assist, 1 steal, 3 blocks. Talk about filling up the stat sheet for 50 FanDuel points. He is on a back to back. He could be rested for fewer minutes. I believe he will still get his chance to produce. This game has a 201 O/U and 4 point spread for Chicago to win. This is going to be a closer game than people think. All due to Chicago being on a back to back game.

Center Top Value Play-

Robin Lopez $4,500 vs. Boston Celtics –

Robin Lopez has been the most underappreciated player in the last 3 weeks now. I keep putting him. He keeps striving in my line ups.  He has met cash game value 10/11 time in the last 11 games. As well met G.P.P value 7/11 time in the last 11 games.

Center Top DVP Play-

Greg Monroe $7,600 Vs. Chicago Bulls (25th overall) –

What goes around, Comes around for the Bulls. Bulls are really weak at the C position. Last game they played Monroe went for 28 FanDuel Points. He struggled really badly with his shot last game 5-18. I can see him doing better this time. Joakim Noah is back. He doesn’t worry me too much as the Bulls rotations is all messed up. Coach Hoiberg has the bulls playing in a high pace that helps out Monroe style of play. Milwaukee does have the slowest pace of the day. The Bulls up tempo offense should help.
