Hello readers! I’m Robert Marshall the new DFS DraftKings E-sports writer for League of Legends at Goingfor2.com. I am also the creator of the DFS LOL website (link at the bottom) which I created to give daily fantasy advice for competitive League of Legends. On that site, you may see my pseudonym “AirBudGoldenRec” which is my summoner name in the game. Some e-sports writers elect to write under their in-game name but for now I’m doing both! Another writer has already gone over the basics of how the game is played as well as an overview of the teams competing right now at the 2015 League of Legends World Championships so you should definitely read that article. If you need some more information on understanding the game before you feel comfortable playing DFS you should definitely check out that article or my website which has a few videos that will give you a good idea of what goes on, and how players can actually obtain fantasy points.
I have been a player of League of Legends for over 3 years and I have followed the competitive scene very closely in that time as well. I am also an avid fantasy football and baseball player in full season leagues in addition to daily. All of my articles will be geared towards DraftKings so if you are using another resource like AlphaDraft or Draftpot to get your LoL Daily fix, we should have a few other people on board focusing on those websites.
