NFL DFS FanDuel GPP Plays for Week 11

Welcome to the Week 11 edition of the NFL DFS FanDuel GPP plays. This article will focus on the main slate on FanDuel, which features 11 games this week. Just as a reminder, this article is not meant to be an actual FanDuel GPP lineup, but rather an article focusing on some good stand-alone options for your GPP lineup. Let’s go ahead and take a look at my favorite GPP options for Week 11.

NFL DFS FanDuel GPP Plays for Week 11

DailyFantasyNerd FanDuel GPP Play of the Day

Blake Bortles (JAC) @ DET $7,200
Blake Bortles has been a disappointment for season long leagues this year, but he has been recently with multiple touchdowns and at least 250 passing yards in each of his last three games. This week he has a great matchup against the Lions, who have allowed the second-most FanDuel points to opposing quarterbacks this season.

Quarterbacks

Russell Wilson (SEA) vs. PHI $7,400

Russell Wilson appears to finally be healthy and if you recall it was about this time last year where he really took off and made a lot of money for DFS players in GPPs. This week he has a solid matchup against the Eagles who have a suspect secondary. With a lot of people flocking to the high dollar quarterbacks this week, Wilson will likely be low owned.

Matthew Stafford (DET) vs. JAC $7,900
Matthew Stafford started the season off pretty hot but has just been okay over the last few weeks in some matchups against difficult opponents. Vegas is currently predicting the Lions to have the third-highest team total out of all of the teams playing on Sunday and for that to happen, Stafford will have to have a huge day since their running game is not too great this season.

Running Backs

Ezekiel Elliott (DAL) vs. BAL $8,700
People continue to underestimate Ezekiel Elliott as seen by his much lower ownership compared to other top tier running backs. I guarantee he will have a lower ownership percentage than Le’Veon Bell and DeMarco Murray in GPPs, and if he happens to outscore each of them, Elliott can once again separate you from the rest of the pack.

David Johnson (ARI) @ MIN $8,300
Similar to Ezekiel Elliott, I’m guessing David Johnson will be low owned in a difficult matchup against the Vikings. Just like Elliott, Johnson is an elite back and has proved himself to be matchup proof in the early stages of his career. Also, the Vikings’ defense is trending in the wrong direction, with three bad performances in a row. If Johnson goes off and you use him in your GPP lineup, you just may see your name towards the top of the leaderboards this weekend.

Wide Receivers

Allen Robinson (JAC) @ DET  $7,300

Allen  Robinson is a great option to stack with Bortles this week. He has had an up and down season this year, but over his last two games he has accumulated 16 receptions, 183 yards and two touchdowns. He has a solid matchup against the Lions this week, who have not been too great against the pass this season.

Dez Bryant (DAL) vs. BAL $7,400
Don’t look now, but Dez Bryant has gone over 100 yards and scored a touchdown in two of his last three games. He finally has established some chemistry with Dak Prescott and could put up some huge numbers down the stretch this NFL season. His matchup this weekend against the Ravens is not terrible, considering the Ravens do not have an elite, shutdown cornerback.

Larry Fitzgerald (ARI) @ MIN $7,000
Another player in what appears to be a difficult matchup is Larry Fitzgerald. However, similar to other solid defensive units, the Vikings are not great against slot receivers. Fitzgerald has potential to put up big numbers at lower ownership this weekend. Even though I recommended both Fitzgerald and Johnson in this article, I would advise against using both in the same GPP lineup.

Tight Ends

Kyle Rudolph (MIN) vs. ARI $4,900
Kyle Rudolph finally had a solid game last week against the Redskins with five receptions, 69 yards and a touchdown. I understand that this is a difficult matchup against the Cardinals, but Rudolph could be a sneaky pivot from Bennett in GPPs this weekend. Patrick Peterson is going to shadow Stefon Diggs, which means Sam Bradford will probably look to lean on Rudolph, especially in the red zone.

Eric Ebron (DET) vs. JAC $5,400

Another solid GPP option this weekend is Eric Ebron. Most people will likely gravitate towards Bennett, Walker and Kelce. Therefore Ebron will likely be under owned and he does have a decent matchup against the Jaguars in what should be a high scoring game.

Defense

Rams (LA) vs. MIA $4,700
I think a lot of people will use the Dolphins’ defense this weekend which means that the Rams could possibly fly under the radar in GPPs. Ryan Tannehill has not been great and the Rams’ offense has been solid at times. I think a great contrarian GPP strategy this week is to pair Tavon Austin with the Rams’ defense and hope that Austin returns a punt for a touchdown and give you double points for one touchdown.
