What should a Lane Character do?
A good Laner wrecks the enemy team. A good laner is squishy (can die easily) but a huge source of damage.
A Laner should always start in the Lane in VainGlory. Unless there is a huge teamfight where the Laner should be in, the Lane character should always be in the lane. Getting last hits, and farming.
Here’s a bit of advice that will save a Laner. Get back when your Roam tells you to. The Roamer knows best when to backdown from a loosing battle. The Laner should be getting into fights when the Roamer engages, blowing up some people with your basic attacks (if the laner is playing a hunter) or using abilities against the enemy (if the laner’s a mage).
When it comes to ganking, the Laner should always be trying to lure the enemy Laner closer, so, when your Roam or/ and Jungler ganks the lane, the enemy will be to far from the turret to get protection. On the subject of turrets, if you’re playing as a Laner, GET THE TURRET WITHIN 7 MINUTES. This would give your team a huge advantage in the fact that, the enemy will have less protection.
How should a Laner be Built?
DAMAGE. Go damage or go home if you’re going to be playing in the Lane. You don’t need protection, your Roamer should do that. You should be building the Weapon Power, or Crystal Power to blow up your enemies in the late game. You can get one or two defensive items, but make sure, you have at least 2 heavy damage items. And, always remember, a Laner needs BOOTS. You go into a fight, pick off the enemy, run out. Thats the way of the Laner.
