Run Down: It’s another Kershaw day so of course he has to be in the conversation. He’s the best pitcher in baseball with his 2.20 SIERA and 32.7% strikeout rate. But his price is an even $15K again on Draftkings and $13.4K on Fanduel. He’s still a strong play in cash games, as he’s likely to get your 30 DK points and hit 2X, but maybe not as much of a lock as he usually is. An argument could be made for using Liriano in cash games against a team taking a huge park shift from Case Field to PNC and a decent strikeout rate at 21.2% against LHP. If you’re looking to dip down a bit for your SP2, Shields makes a decent play in cash games against a weak Braves team. If you’re looking for upside, Odorizzi faces a strikeout prone Astros team and makes a nice GPP play.
