NBA Fanduel Line-up Advice and Analysis for 4/11/15

NBA Fanduel Lineup 4/11/15
NBA Games for 4/11/15

I’m getting a late start tonight with my research and my writing, I’ve been engrossed in my Pelicans pushing for a playoff spot. Not to mention I had Anthony Davis and Tyreke Evans in a few line-ups. So far my teams are doing “eh”, I’m cashing in my double-ups, but they aren’t enough to cover my entry fee, I need Wiggins to have a good game to push me into the bottom half of a few GPP’s, and bring me into the positive.

The comment section of my posts have gone silent lately, anyone out there? If you have any line-up questions, or if you just want me to tell you what line-ups I’m running, I’m more than happy to do so. I’d also like to hear your thoughts on my call-outs. Do you disagree? Did I miss someone? Have a better punt option? Let me know.

Let’s get to today’s slate. Six games on the docket for Saturday. It’s not a great slate, but it’s not horrible either. There isn’t very many punt options as things stand now, but that could change as news breaks today. Let’s get to it.

 Today’s Top Ten Plays

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
Tobias Harris

10) SF Tobias Harris $6500 He had one dud game in Chicago, but other than that, he has played well lately. Tonight he has a great match-up with the Knicks. The Knicks should hang around long enough for Harris to get around 30-35 Fanduel Points.

Hassan Whiteside

9) C Hassan Whiteside $7700 It’s been a while since I’ve had Whiteside in my Top Ten, but I think the price and the match-up is right tonight. The Heat are the walking wounded, so Hassan played 38 minutes against Chicago. I didn’t go back and check, but that has to be near his season high in minutes. If he gets 30+ minutes tonight, he’ll push for 40 Fanduel Points.

Rudy Gobert

8) C Rudy Gobert $8800 His price is a little on the high side, limiting his upside, but on a night like tonight, there aren’t too many guys that can get you 50+. I wouldn’t build my line-up around him, but if you can fit him in, he is worth it.

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
Blake Griffin

7) PF Blake Griffin $9500 Yes, this is a tough match-up, but on this slate you can’t completely fade the tough match-ups. Even in a tough match-up, Blake can go for 50 Fanduel Points. I’m not expecting that from him tonight, but I’ll take 40-45.

Nikola Vucevic

6) C Nikola Vucevic $8600 He had a career game about a week ago, and he been mediocre since, but has a great match-up tonight versus New York. I’m expecting a strong double double tonight, something in the range of 20 and 15.

Victor Oladipo

5) SG Victor Oladipo $8000 Very good match-up with New York and he has been playing well lately. As I write this, I just realized I have 4 Magic players in today’s Top Ten(Payton makes an appearance later), that goes to show that this slate isn’t that great.

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
Chris Paul

4) PG Chris Paul $10900 Like said with Blake, on today’s slate, you can’t completely fade bad match-ups. Chris has proven he is match-up proof and has 50 point potential.

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
DeMar DeRozan

3) SG DeMar DeRozan $8600 Dede is balling lately, flirting with 40 night in and night out, I don’t expect that to change tonight. Even with Lowry back, Dede will be heavily involved in the offense.

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
Pau Gasol

2) C Pau Gasol $8800 Pau has been a double double machine this season, and that’s exactly what he’ll do tonight. He could literally grab 20 boards on the 76ers tonight. Their interior defense and rebounding is horrible. I’m looking for 18 and 17 as a conservative line.

NBA Fanduel Lineup Advice 4/11/15
Elfrid Payton

1) PG Elfrid Payton $8000 No disrespect to Payton, but you know it’s an ugly slate when he checks in at number 1. Looking at his last 10 games, he only has one game under 30, and even in that one he had 28. He is the safest play tonight by far, and he also has one of the higher upsides. At 8K, he won’t get less than 30, and with the great match-up he could flirt with high 40’s.

Before we get into the Dunks, Passes, and Punts, I just wanted to say that there is very little value on tonight’s docket. I could have made these lists longer, but they would be a reach. Hopefully there will be some news today that will free up some value.

Dunks of the Night

  • SF Luol Deng $5700 He now has 2 straight games of 29 Fanduel Points and played over 35 minutes in both. If he gets those type of minutes against the Raptors defense, he’ll push for 30+ again.
  • PF Taj Gibson $5000 He and been getting good minutes and Philly isn’t a great rebounding team.
  • C Justin Hamilton $5000 The only real potential value at center.

Passes of the Night

  • PG Damian Lillard $8200 Utah effect.
  • PG Kyle Lowry $7800 Not ready to trust him yet. Pay $200 more for Payton.
  • SG Klay Thompson $6900 Blow-out potential.
  • SF Nicholas Batum $6700 Utah effect.
  • PF Nikola Mirotic $6500 Losing minutes to Taj, and has played sub-par for about a week now.

Punts

  • PF Tyler Hansbrough $3800 He is the only punt option I have tonight, and only is Amir sits again. More options may open up with news today.

That’s all I got for tonight. Not looking good for my lineups, Wiggins had a slow start, and even though he has picked it up, it may not be enough. My streak of positive winnings may end tonight. Time to start another one.

I’d like to hear from everyone. Anyone I missed? Don’t like one of my Top Ten’s? Let me know.
